at times, dholkis are soooo much fun. u get to c ppl u truly like and want to be with, u get to meet new ppl *at tyms very bitchy*, u get to converse with aunties *highly inconvenient* and well... u just have fun. dance and laughter and generally fun all around. i like desi weddings. they tell me tht im valued by belonging to a specific clan where throwing money and laughing in raised volumes and gyrating ur hips at perverse songs is taken for fun. i like that. i like wearing flower bangels and earings. i like dressing up and showing off. i like wen guys are learning to dance and cant seem to get it right. i like all of tht.

i guess, im a dholki fan then ;)
